- Personal relationships – there is no bigger stress than personal relationship problems. These could be simple misunderstandings among the family or friends or could be more complicated like a break up with a girlfriend or boyfriend, separation, and divorce.
- Children – one of the top stressor of mothers is definitely children. Children, especially those in the early stage like the toddlers, are more physically stressful. Young children’s enthusiasm and energy have a very big impact in developing stress for the parents or guardians.
Teens, on the other hand, affect mothers more with emotionally-caused stress. Teens are more adventurous and hungry for independence. Additional stressors are disciplining, rearing, and teaching children with schoolwork.
