English biochemist, Rupert Sheldrake, Ph.D., explains Morphic Field Theory as a field within and around a Morphic Unit. All people places and things, both tangible and intangible (conceptual), are morphic in nature. The term Morphic Field includes morphogenetic, behavioral, social, cultural, and mental fields. All aspects of businesses are morphic as well. This Morphic Unit, or holon, organizes its characteristic structure and pattern of activity.
Think of a famous baseball player idolized by a kid on a Little League team. The kid wants to improve his game and he admires the running, hitting and catching abilities of this famous ball player. These performance characteristics translate into Morphic Fields, and alignments with these fields can and will help the Little Leaguer improve his own game.
Within the OMI system you list the companies and their qualities you most admire, and through the pathways utilized by OMI, your company becomes aligned to the Morphic Fields of the qualities that you indicate.
Morphic Fields underlie the form and behavior of holons or Morphic Units at all levels of complexity. Author and journalist, Arthur Koestler states that “Every Holon has a dual tendency to
1) preserve and assert its individuality as a quasi-autonomous whole and
2) function as an integrated part of an existing or evolving larger whole.
This polarity between the self-assertive and integrative tendencies is inherent in the concept of the hierarchic order.”
As Dr. Feinberg has summarized: “We live in a universe composed of a nested hierarchy of Morphic Fields expanding outward, ad infinitum, to the very large, and each component of which is subject to inward division, ad infinitum, to the very small.” As Morphic Fields interact and form functional relationships, they comprise new nested hierarchies of Morphic Fields and form new functional relationships as a result of those interactions.
All that exists is defined in terms of energetic fields. The Morphic field pathway utilized within the OMI business attunement session induces an informational transformation in the four dimensional fields: matter, energy, space and time, whose informational structure fills our universe to become apparent in the form we encounter it.
Here’s to success in all you do!
