Dr. Thom Rogers

is Lead Facilitator, Director of Research and Development, and President of Optimal Modification Incorporated, a unique Austin-based company whose purpose is to fully align companies and organizations with their optimal potentials for prosperity, abundance and success. Dr. Rogers co-founded OMI as a means for energetically guiding businesses to achieve greater results with the application of powerful scientific technology.

Born and raised in Ohio, Dr. Rogers graduated in economics from DePauw University in 1970. He then began a career as a systems analyst, sales representative, and communications specialist with focus on banking, manufacturing and insurance industries.

In 1985, Dr. Rogers graduated from Texas Chiropractic College in Houston. He has practiced throughout the United States, Europe and the Middle East. After 25 years of advanced training in over 50 energetic methods, he began applying his awareness and synthesis of knowledge to his own business with extraordinary results, leading to the conception of OMI.

Dr. Rogers has successfully translated his vast experience in advanced healing techniques to the business world through the vehicle of OMI. Through OMI's clients, he continues to witness the increasing value of OMI's unique, cutting edge services in the modern world of conscious business.

Stuart Carney

is a facilitator for Optimal Modification, Inc., who is working to help expand the company’s platform into many new arenas, with added expertise in the technology field.

Raised in Virginia and North Carolina, Stuart Carney received his Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering from N.C. State University in 2002. He has continued to work for IBM as a processor design engineer, with focus in embedded, gaming, and server processors.

Stuart Carney completed OMI facilitator training in 2008, specializing in the unique technology utilized within OMI. All of this knowledge and experience has now been translated to assist Optimal Modification Inc. with its continued success helping companies as they manifest the seemly impossible, again and again.

Dr. Tony CahillDr. Tony Cahill serves as the West Coast facilitator for Optimal Modification, Inc. He additionally owns a successful private Chiropractic practice in Los Angeles, California.

Dr. Tony Cahill

Dr. Tony Cahill serves as the West Coast facilitator for Optimal Modification, Inc. He additionally owns a successful private Chiropractic practice in Los Angeles, CaliforniaDr. Cahill was raised in Illinois where he experienced alternative methodologies learned first hand from his father who was a Chiropractor for over 30 years. Prior to his career as a DC, Dr. Cahill was involved in several successful business ventures, including managing a commercial dive college and VP of Marketing at a major industrial valve company that became a global name in the marketplace.

Dr. Cahill graduated from Cleveland Chiropractic College in 2006 and has studied numerous techniques and processes both pre and post graduate, with an emphasis on quantum mechanics. He enjoys running his flourishing practice in Los Angeles and is excited to have joined forces with Optimal Modification, Inc to bridge businesses and the quantum field. Dr Cahill knows that energetic alignment is an important key in the further success of any business.

Dr. Bryan Baker

Dr. Baker grew up in Missouri and in 1981 he obtained a degree in Accounting from Bob Jones University. He began his career in public accounting and financial services at Price Waterhouse then progressed into financial management. In 1993 he received his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Cleveland Chiropractic College so that he could more liberally express his creativity. He has established private practices in the USA, Costa Rica, and currently in Italy. He speaks English, Spanish, and Italian.

As a facilitator for Optimal Modification, Inc., Dr. Baker is very happy to be given the opportunity to merge his various backgrounds and apply quantum healing principles to improve business relationships.
