Do you always feel as if you are scraping by? Are you feeling like you don’t have the same friendships you did when you were younger? Do you feel like you don’t have the time or money to do the things you enjoy?

Most of us can relate to these feelings of lack, loneliness and lack of fulfillment. It can seem overwhelming when life keeps throwing us challenges. Before we have time to react, another bill comes in the mail or our car breaks down or we have a fight with our significant other.

So with all this negativity swirling on around us, how do we shift to a place that is positive and life-affirming?

You are reading this article so I know that there is a spark of hope inside you… something that wants and needs to know that there is more to life than you can see, hear, or feel. Well, you are absolutely right. So, take a deep breath before you read any further. Change- real, positive change is at hand- and simply by allowing your thoughts to dwell in this feeling hope is a great first step.


Manifesting Your Thoughts / Self-Responsibility


Relinquishing your feelings of hopelessness will lessen the stresses that used to weigh you down. And less stress will help you to keep your thoughts on where they should be—creating the abundant and prosperous life that you deserve.

In order to begin this process it is important to know that you will be entirely responsible for how your vision of your ideal life manifests. Does this scare you? Does this excite you? Maybe a little bit of both? The truth is any real change is a bit scary, but in this case, you can be sure that change is good. And, in the final analysis, your hard work and persistence will pay off if you able able to focus and maintain a foundation of belief.


Thought and Manifesting / It's All in the Choices

Think about the choices you make everyday. What subjects do you and your friends talk about? What type of music do you listen to? Do you take time to do relaxing things (i.e. take a bubble bath, spend time in the garden, etc.)? Do you tell your loved ones that you appreciate them? Do you find the time to walk and play with your pets? Do you take the time to look your best everyday?

Depending upon how you answer these questions, start making different choices, so that you are acting with the best part of yourself. Keep track of your progress and give yourself mental kudos for making more positive choices.


Manifesting Technique / Manifesting and Imagination



Practicing better habits is a huge step in the right direction. As you begin to treat yourself and others with more love and respect you will begin to notice a shift in the way others treat you.

When you notice these positive shifts take the time to go within and contemplate on these moments. Start by taking five minutes a day and sit by yourself in a quiet space. Practice focusing on your breath and allow the positive thought to become like a health elixir that you take in with each breath.

Enjoy this quiet time alone. And as time goes on lengthen the time you spend going within. There will come a time when you really look forward to this practice. Some people call it mediation and others may call it contemplation. And still others may call it prayer. The truth is there is no need to label it… simply enjoy the process.


Thought and Manifesting / Create Your Sacred Space


A great way to deepen your enjoyment of this meditative discipline is to create a personal space to practice this activity. Pick a room that resonates with you, a room that provides comfort and one that grounds you. If you like certain scents, colors, textures, or music put these elements in your space to make it your own.

Also take care with how you are dressed and grromed. Make sure you are freshly showered and then choose loose, comfortable clothing that is freshly laudered. Cleanliness is important, as it creates a foundation of respect for what you are hoping to achieve.

 
Thought and Manifesting / Set Your Intention


Once you have put aside some time and created your space, it is time to set your intention. Begin with a clear idea of what you hopw to achieve. It doesn’t have to be a 5-year goal or even a one-month goal. Your intention could be as simple as living with more love in your life today.

Allow this thought to linger and settle within. Close your eyes and relax into the comfort of knowing that everything will turn out as it should. Do not judge where your thoughts go. Just breathe and let go of all concerns.

Once this practice becomes a habit it will make you realize that you are getting stronger and at the same time, developing more peace of mind. You will also gain clarity on what it is you want out of life. There is no right or wrong, only what serves you in the moment.
